Superb WagonThe ŠKODA Superb Wagon is the 2012 AA Car of the Year Awards "Large Car of the Year". Offering exceptional levels of space and equipment, the Superb Wagon is designed and engineered to uncompromisingly high standards
|
If innovation, practicality and a well thought out design equal an award winning vehicle, then we can count reviewers from the AA as not only well versed in the art of motoring, but also logic.
This combination of expertise resulted in the "Large Car of the Year" award at the 2012 AA Car of the Year Awards being presented to the Superb Wagon, a pioneer in its class with "Simply Clever" first time initiatives representing a new degree of practicality in motoring enjoyment.
Also recognised internationally in the UK, TopGear named it their "Luxury Car of the Year" in 2009 following a 1000 mile drive across Europe, describing the journey as "unremarkable for all the best possible reasons".
Designed and engineered to uncompromisingly high standards, the Superb Wagon is indeed a car of style and substance. Boasting limousine-esque leg room, similarly capacious boot dimensions and an almost obsessive dedication to driver and occupant safety, the Superb Wagon is built to carry your precious cargo with aplomb.

Electrically Controlled Rear Door
The elegant but dynamic lines of the car are harmoniously completed by the rear door. A significant element that increases even further the comfort of operation is the option of electronically opening and closing it. Either with the help of a button on the remote control key or button on the inside of the rear door and the central console. In addition, it is possible to set the height (upper position) of the opening of the door. Dirty hands when operating it in bad weather are basically a thing of the past. |

New Luggage Space Concept
A new concept (standard on the TDI 125 and V6 4X4) includes, in addition to other things, a floor with fastening elements to secure luggage (a system with integrated aluminium strips), and an automatic roll cover, folding hooks, six fixing points for the net program and a removable LED light. The illumination of the boot and the space behind the car is taken care of by a pair of lamps located on the inner side of the rear door. |
