The ŠKODA KAMIQ comes with a patrol engine that features direct injection as well as a turbocharger and, of course, meets the latest emission standards. All models feature a 1.5 TSI engine that enables the ŠKODA KAMIQ to deliver 110 kW and achieve maximum torque of 250Nm.

All of the KAMIQ’s engine set-ups feature an automatic transmission – the DSG. The DSG is an automatic gearbox equipped with two independent gearboxes and clutches. Its main advantages include the ability to change gears smoothly at lightning speeds, while keeping to low fuel consumption.

The KAMIQ is built on a state-of-the-art MQB platform, featuring advanced design, the latest powertrains and a panoply of the advanced driver-assistance systems commonplace in larger models. Modern designs and the use of high-strength steels also significantly reduce the weight.
