A winning combination of power, economic use and design is offered by LED headlights on our models. LED headlights use only highly luminous diodes as a light source. Their advantages include their longer life, greater resistance to shocks, lower power consumption due to high efficiency, and colour temperature more similar to daylight (and less tiring on the driver’s eyes). In other models, diodes are used for daytime running lights.

LED technology also plays an important role in the tail lights and can be found standard on our models. The key benefits of LED include energy efficiency and, primarily, fast light-up that is mainly important for the brake lamps – the driver of the vehicle behind has more time to react. Other positive factors include long life and resistance to vibrations.

Using a rear-view mirror camera that detects light sources from oncoming vehicles, the matrix function of the full LED headlights masks out the high beam light distribution around them in real time with individually switchable LED chips in each headlight.
