The Octavia vRS
The Octavia vRS is a performance car with a difference. It comes in either Liftback or Combi models and then in either petrol (TSI) or diesel (TDI) as well. Both engines come with the option of a DSG gearbox with paddle shifts on the steering wheel meaning that you don’t have always change gears, but if the mood takes you ... you can!
Featuring a modern and user friendly interior (including a touch-screen radio; a multi-function steering wheel with the DSG paddles; and a new full leather option) and an aggressive front end with LED day-time driving lights, the vRS models are the perfect sports car for those wanting a little more room than the traditional options.
Powered by either a state-of-the art 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine or a 2.0-litre petrol engine, the Octavia vRS breaks new ground on many fronts. The 2.0 TDI diesel powered Octavia vRS shows that diesel power need not restrict a vehicle from joining the hot-hatch ranks. The vRS TDI features a 125 kW and 350 Nm engine that offers incredible levels of driving dynamics and flexibility. At the same time, it also offers exceptional fuel economy and environmental consciousness with a combined economy figure of 5.7 litres per 100km and an EU5 environment rating. The vRS TSI also features an EU5 environment rating along with 147 kW of power and 280 Nm of torque. The full level of torque is available from just 1,700 rpm right through to 5,000 rpm which means that the driveability of the vRS TSI is extremely flexible.
The Octavia vRS is for those that desire a sporty, yet very practical, vehicle.

It takes courage to hand the keys of one's latest pride and joy to the team from TopGear. Or, in this case, confidence.
Designed and engineered to uncompromisingly high standards, the Superb Combi is indeed a car of style and substance. And one that, after driving for 1000 miles across Europe, TopGear couldn't find fault in. They discovered plenty to like though; so much they named it their Luxury Car of the Year.
Boasting limousine-esque leg room, similarly capacious boot dimensions and an almost obsessive dedication to driver and occupant safety, the Superb Combi is built to carry your precious cargo with aplomb.

Electrically Controlled Rear Door
The elegant but dynamic lines of the car are harmoniously completed by the rear door. A significant element that increases even further the comfort of operation is the option of electronically opening and closing it. Either with the help of a button on the remote control key or button on the inside of the rear door and the central console. In addition, it is possible to set the height (upper position) of the opening of the door. Dirty hands when operating it in bad weather are basically a thing of the past. |

New Luggage Space Concept
A new concept (standard on the TDI 125 and V6 4X4) includes, in addition to other things, a floor with fastening elements to secure luggage (a system with integrated aluminium strips), and an automatic roll cover, folding hooks, six fixing points for the net program and a removable LED light. The illumination of the boot and the space behind the car is taken care of by a pair of lamps located on the inner side of the rear door. |

Yeti - TopGear Family Car of the Year
As TopGear said "The Yeti is a rare thing; a car that puts a smile on your face" And it's that exuberant character that makes the Yeti so hard to pigeonhole. TopGear chose Family Car over SUV, perhaps because they also predicted that "It'll be another member of the family in no time". In fact, they went even further and named it their TopGear Family Car of the Year.
The Yeti's unseen features are equally compelling to those in the know. Like the haldex clutch which automatically compensates when the going gets rough; and the multitude of airbags (you can deactivate the passenger one to fit a child seat), so reassuring if safety is at the top of your check list.
Furthermore, every time one gets out of the Yeti, you hear and feel that resonant thunk as the door closes. It's a signature of quality you'll never experience from the Yeti's mass-produced competitors.

Safety First
As you’d expect, safety is a priority with Yeti. It comes with a driver airbag, plus a passenger airbag that can be deactivated to fit a child seat up front. The front side airbags protect the pelvis and chest of the driver and passenger in the event of a side collision. The head airbags create a wall along the side window in the front and rear, and there’s a driver knee airbag as well. |

At Home Off Road
The Yeti comes with a 4th generation Haldex clutch as well as an optional off-road mode to help you maintain complete control in rough terrain. The off-road mode comes with a number of functions such as hill descent assistant or start-up assistant, and ABS, ASR and EDS systems that adapt to driving conditions. |
