The operation of an electrified vehicle generates much lower CO2 and other emissions. The Superb iV with a system output of 160 kW, for example, produces less than 35 g of CO2 emissions per kilometre. What’s more, electric cars don’t emit any emissions at the point of operation – they do not have any exhaust gases.
